Thanksgiving is tomorrow (which The Business Law Group is really fired up about because we love Thanksgiving). In the spirit of this national holiday, we would like to tell you what we are thankful for.
To begin with we would like to thank Abraham Lincoln. It was during the Civil War that President Lincoln proclaimed there to be a day of thanks which has become the turkey laden holiday that we know today. We are thankful that we have a day to tell our loved ones that we are thankful for them (and the food is not so bad either).
We are thankful for all of our clients. The Grand Rapids startups, West Michigan small businesses and Michigan entrepreneurs are some of the best and brightest minds we have ever met. The ideas, innovation and drive that you possess is truly admirable and we love being able to assist in making sure your dreams come true.
Next we would are thankful for our future clients. We know you are out there tossing around an idea in your head, thinking about forming your own business, working on a business deal or getting ready to expand. On the other hand, we know some of you are using bad contracts, in the beginning stages of a dispute among the owners, or are leaving yourself at risk for a lawsuit. Whatever you doing we are thankful that you are doing it and we are ready to help out.
We are also thankful for our network that we are building. We have had the privilege to meet some really awesome people that are doing awesome things all over West Michigan. We love all the votes of confidence for our practice and we love when we can connect you to our other contacts and create a successful relationship.
We are thankful for all the great resources for entrepreneurs, startups and small businesses that Grand Rapids and West Michigan have. These Michigan business resources allow entrepreneurs to have access to the tools and resources they need to be successful and often times these resources are provided free of charge or for a nominal fee.
Finally, we are most thankful for our friends and family. Without your support we would not be able to provide the services that we do. You are the most amazing people ever and we love you so much. Even though we don’t always see eye-to-eye, we hope that we can give you the same love and support in everything you do as you have given to us.
To everyone, we hope you have the best Thanksgiving ever and wish you all the best through the holiday season.
