The Business Law Group team exists to serve the small and medium-sized businesses. Big law firms have attorneys and groups that focus exclusively on one area of the law allowing them to provide great legal services. Our attorneys only focus on counseling business and assisting those businesses with their legal needs. We have worked with a wide range of businesses in both size and industry. We have served clients that are startups to those that have completed an initial public offering. We have worked with retail, restaurant, manufacturing, import/export, software as a service, franchise, cryptocurrency, real estate development and investment businesses.
At the same time, we have created a legal practice that cannot get bogged down with high overhead and large firm hierarchical issues. Client matters never get passed around to committees or bounced around between attorneys in a practice group. We pride ourselves on our ability to fit with our clients’ businesses and not forcing them to fit with how we practice law.
